Orders are shipped from India worldwide. Each one is carefully packaged to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. Shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. Shipping terms varies according to your location and other conditions like customs delays etc. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive in most parts of the world. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs. Express shipping method is also available at the check out or by request. Each order is processed and checked personally by me and the tracking will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. If the package is unclaimed it will be returned to me and I'll be in contact ASAP. If you haven't received the tracking after 4 weeks please check your spam folder in case it got there or contact.

Please contact ASAP about lost or damaged items! If possible, include pictures. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. I’ll be in touch with next steps. Please don't worry if you've missed the delivery or the package was stuck in the customs - I will contact you as soon as I get it back.

Please note that the waiting time in artist’s shop could be longer than in the retail ones. While I do my best to proceed your order ASAP, it still can take up to 3 weeks before shipping (usually 1 week). Shipping for commissioned pieces can take anywhere between 1-3 months depending on the size and medium of the project (i.e, Oil paintings take longer to dry) Prints will be shipped within 1 week of placing the order, while hand embellished prints may take longer.

Information you provide to The Store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to mailing list will only receive Varnika Prakash Art related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time. I will NEVER sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.

(If applicable) Once your return is recieved and insprected I will send you an email to notify you that I have recieved your returned artwork. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
